Reflection: It is important to become a CTR person. If you become a CTR person, then the ethics of each choice will become clear. They will each weigh in, and you will be able to realize the outcome. If you can realize the outcome, then you can make the decision easier. If the right decision is made easier, then you are more likely to choose it again. If you choose to be a CTR person, then you will definitely choose it again. If you choose the right, then the rest will follow. If you choose the right, then you are showing good character and working hard. If you are doing these things, then everyone will want to collaborate with you. What I mean by this is that choosing the right creates opportunities for the person who does this and for others. A CTR person doesn't only benefit themselves when they make this Ultimate Choice. Work opportunities are revealed, more people are brought into your life, and you help more people when they are brought into your life.

Reflection: This statement shows how beautiful character is related to peace in the world. It is a cause and effect or chain reaction. One thing leads to another, and before you know it your small gestures can lead to the bettering of the entire atmosphere of any place. If you have good character, than you show favorable traits. If you show favorable traits, then you are able to have relationships with people. As mentioned in another post, we need relationships to progress in anything. What this means is that having likeable characteristics can get more people to like you. If more people like you, then there will be more peace and progression. Peace, because you are at a nice cooperation level with the person. Progression, because more people means more opportunities. You have more people there to help you than if you have good character

      One issue that teens deal with today is bullying and drugs.

2. What are one or two major challenges YOU are dealing with today? What are you doing about them? I feel that a major challenge I am dealing with today is the separation of my parents. Even though they have been separated for years, it still is taking effect on me as a teen.

         Being a CTR person has helped me become a better person, and overall change the way I look at certain things.

     I think that the greatest need that teens have is attention from caregivers.

I think that Malik Stewart is a very good man. He is very sweet unlike Roman Chapa who is a CTW person. Roman Chapa is a very bad person and I learned not to be a cheater like him. I learned that he is very dishonest person and I only want to be honest like Malik Stewart. Malik Stewart has been nothing but a good person and that is the example that I want to follow. I want to Choose The Right and go down the right path just like him. Malik Stewart has an honest character which is very good in life. He has inspired me so much today and I will carry on his honor.

Reflection: It is important to show honor. Honor is a symbol of honesty and respect. You can't have anything without trust and respect. Imagine how hard it would be maintaining a relationship with someone who didn't trust you, respect you, or allow you to trust them. It would be impossible! You might ask why do I need to have relationships with people? Well, the answer is that they are going to be there in your life while you are trying to make progress. You can't make progress without cooperating with people, and you can't cooperate with people if you don't have good relationship skills. You won't be able to live with yourself, and neither will anyone else, if you don't have honor. Show your strength in this value by choosing the fail honorably than to succeed dishonestly.

Lead Water Dangers

People are exposed to lead through the air they breathe, through water and through food/ingestion. Toxic effects are usually due to long term exposure. The population groups at greatest risk of exposure are young children and workers. Lead water can be very dangerous to our health. It can affect the way our systems work and it is very bad for us. There are many ways of ingesting it. Exposure to lead through water is generally low in comparison with exposure through air or food. Lead from natural sources is present in tap water to some extent, but analysis of both surface and groundwater suggests that lead concentration is fairly low. The main source of lead in drinking water is (old) lead piping and lead-combining solders. Removing old piping is costly and lead continues to dissolve even from old pipes. The amount of lead that may dissolve in water depends on acidity (pH), temperature, water hardness and standing time of the water. Secondary pollution from industry can contaminate water through the effluents produced.

Memorial Day

Memorial Day is when we remember those who died in honor while serving for the military services.

It is traditionally May 30th, but it is now becoming observed on the last Monday of May.

3. What are some ways to show honor and respect on Memorial Day?

You can show your honor and respect on Memorial Day by sending letters to soldiers, visiting a nearby veteran's cemetery or war memorial. You can also visit a veteran's hospital and deliver the patients cookies, flowers, or write them thank you cards. You can always do what most people do and watch the National Memorial Day Parade in person or on television, and spend leisure time with your family.

Memorial Day is a great holiday. It means a lot to those who have relatives that have served in the army. It shows that they are much appreciated, and are honorable for what they have done. I enjoy memorial day because my family gets the day off from work and we are all able to spend leisure time together. I am really interested in seeing the National Memorial Day Parade now that I am aware of its existence. I am wondering what they will do at such an event, and my interest is peaked. For people to have any sort of relationship, there needs to be trust. If you have no trust in a relationship, then it cannot move forward, so it will probably crash and burn. For us to function in society we need to have relationships, so essentially telling the truth is what earns a significant amount of this success in social interactions.

Reflection: If someone has a goal, then they are more likely to get somewhere. If a person doesn't have goals, then they will have no purpose. If a person has no purpose, then they will not get far in life, and they will not be happy.  It is important to set goals so that you can achieve them, but you need to set goals that are correct. What I mean by correct is that these goals are met only by choosing the right and through constant hard work. If a person is constantly overachieving in everything they do, they are bound to end up reaching their goals. They may fail at times, but choosing the right and working hard will eventually get them to where they want to be. If a person completes the work cut out for them in order to reach their goals, then they will achieve them and everything will fall into place after that. Such things falling into place would be more opportunities, and happiness. The way to succeed is to create goals that you will achieve by choosing the right and by showing your strong work ethic.

I would never break my promise because breaking promise is never the right thing to do nor will it be fair to anyone. If you break a promise it shows how weak minded you are and how it can affect anyone you want it to affect.
