I think that Malik Stewart is a very good man. He is very sweet unlike Roman Chapa who is a CTW person. Roman Chapa is a very bad person and I learned not to be a cheater like him. I learned that he is very dishonest person and I only want to be honest like Malik Stewart. Malik Stewart has been nothing but a good person and that is the example that I want to follow. I want to Choose The Right and go down the right path just like him. Malik Stewart has an honest character which is very good in life. He has inspired me so much today and I will carry on his honor.

Reflection: It is important to show honor. Honor is a symbol of honesty and respect. You can't have anything without trust and respect. Imagine how hard it would be maintaining a relationship with someone who didn't trust you, respect you, or allow you to trust them. It would be impossible! You might ask why do I need to have relationships with people? Well, the answer is that they are going to be there in your life while you are trying to make progress. You can't make progress without cooperating with people, and you can't cooperate with people if you don't have good relationship skills. You won't be able to live with yourself, and neither will anyone else, if you don't have honor. Show your strength in this value by choosing the fail honorably than to succeed dishonestly.

People are exposed to lead through the air they breathe, through water and through food/ingestion. Toxic effects are usually due to long term exposure. The population groups at greatest risk of exposure are young children and workers. Lead water can be very dangerous to our health. It can affect the way our systems work and it is very bad for us. There are many ways of ingesting it. Exposure to lead through water is generally low in comparison with exposure through air or food. Lead from natural sources is present in tap water to some extent, but analysis of both surface and groundwater suggests that lead concentration is fairly low. The main source of lead in drinking water is (old) lead piping and lead-combining solders. Removing old piping is costly and lead continues to dissolve even from old pipes. The amount of lead that may dissolve in water depends on acidity (pH), temperature, water hardness and standing time of the water. Secondary pollution from industry can contaminate water through the effluents produced.

Reflection: If you give your word, that is a promise.Promises can also be seen as character. If you don’t keep your word people will not believe you in the future.You must always keep your promises because you are staying true to yourself and your character. If you CTR you will never have to even consider breaking your promises. If you CTR 24/7 it will become part of you and you will lead a life of only fulfilled promises. I would never break my promise because breaking promise is never the right thing to do nor will it be fair to anyone. If you break a promise it shows how weak minded you are and how it can affect anyone you want it to affect.
