7.Look after the well-being of mind and body.

8. Dedicate a share of your efforts to the greater good.

9. Be truthful and honest at all times.

10. Take full responsibility for your actions.

These commandments show how loyal the indians were. It also shows how kind they treated their own people, as well as other ethnicities. It also shows the love and affection the indians had toward the earth. If I follow these 10 commandments showed me that if I follow these rules, the Earth will be a better place.

Reflection:When he decided to choose the right nothing but success followed him. Dean Smith was a basketball coach who emphasized the importance of teaching his players good character. It was not important to him whether to win or lose, because they were still winners at heart. The only thing that Dean Smith did stress was teamwork. Dean had written a letter to all on his players atleast once a year. It was either on Christmas, Birthdays, Weddings, or Special Occasions. This shows how kind of a man he was, and never has he forgot to write to any one of them, not even once.

Dean Smith chose the right throughout his life in many ways.First of all he chose the right by transforming his basketball players into men who had potential. He touched the lives of every single one of them.By doing this he also showed them the importance of playing basketball was not to win, but to try their best by working together. Dean Smith was a great man and has affected his players dearly. Dean Smith did not ask for appreciation, but those who knew him, knew that he deserved it.Dean Smith was awarded many times, but the true meaning behind all his awards is that he chose the right 24/7.

Example: An example of this could be that Dean was so humble, he didn't feel that he deserves the stadium that was built in his honor.

This quote is explaining how if you are doing something good, you should always start and continue it if it benefits you. However, if you are doing something bad you should be brave about it and stop immediately.If you are a courageous individual, then you can keep choosing the right. Choosing the right is when you do the right thing all the time.If you are not choosing the right, you will do what you shouldn't do. If you are CTR person then you should have the courage to say no to bad things.We have to stand for the right thing, even if we are standing alone. CTR gives us braveness, to not fear bad things.It is important to make you're best effort at choosing the right even if you sin sometimes.This is very important because it will make you a better person inside and out. CTR isn't just a motto, it is everyday life for us. If you are starting something wonderful, then you should continue it no matter what. But if you are doing something that is not choosing the right, you need to find the courage to put an immediate stop to it.If you start with CTR in mind, you will always end with CTR in mind. You can never go wrong with CHOOSING THE RIGHT !!!

An example of this would be if 2 people were playing cards, and one person cheats by taking a card from the deck and wins. The person who won the game lost all integrity, but on the other hand the loser of this game is still a winner because they did the right thing, so the person who truly loses is the one that cheats.

This quote means that it doesn't matter who wins at anything. but how you play fair and take responsibility. If you choose the wrong then that wouldn't be fair, and if you choose the right you will be a good sport and be the winner in the end.This quote can also be interpreted as a win is nothing without playing with integrity. If a person decides to CTW, and cheat then they really didn't accomplish anything at all.Even if you are losing at something you shouldn't CTW, you should just try harder and wish for best luck.Having integrity is more than having moral principles, it is also staying true to the person you are.If you do the right thing in a reliable way, you will always have integrity with you wherever you go.Integrity also means having wholeness in a character, so it reveals your true intentions. Having integrity also means to CTR 24/7.

This quote means list the keys of living with integrity. You should always CTR. Do the right thing, even if no one is watching or if everybody is watching. You should always have the strength to say no when it comes to bad things such as drugs, or alcohol. You should also always have the courage to say no to anything you don't want to do or anything your not comfortable with. Secondly, you should always say the truth, even if it comes with consequences. It is better to say the truth early, than to cover it up with lies that all lead to the truth. You should do the right thing to lead to happiness.It will also lead to success and honesty. But most importantly always remember to do the right thing.

1.What is Veteran's Day?
Veteran's Day is a public holiday held on the anniversary of the end of World War I to honor US veterans and victims of all wars. It replaced Armistice Day in 1954.It was made in favor of veterans who fought for our country.

2.When is it?
Veteran's day is on the 11th of November.

3.What is the purpose of Veteran's day?
The concept of this holiday is for the veterans who fought in the past, and the present for our country.

4.Why is it important to show honor on Veteran's Day?
Veteran's Day shows respect for those who were courageous & committed enough, that were willing to give their lives to serve their country.If it weren't for the veterans, our country would probably be in ruins, the least we can do is appreciate all the sacrifice they have made for us.

It amazes me personally the commitment these Veterans have to continuously fight and serve for our country.It is a beautiful thing that we all collaborate and try to honor Veterans whether it is Veterans Day or not, they still deserve praises & respect.

I would like to say thank you to all our Veterans past present and future. I believe we should thank you every day of the year not just on certain days.To me, Veterans Day means; Honor, Respect, and the price we pay or have paid to keep our country free. Those who serve have great respect for our country or they would have never volunteered to protect those who have been left behind.Many veterans sacrifice for our freedom.We should  always remember our Veterans and the people who have serves our country.In a way, Veterans can be seen as our "parents" of the country.For instance, most parents would risk their life for their children, in likewise manner that our veterans are willing to sacrifice their lives for us.
