Duties and Responsibilities: A chef is responsible for planning and directing food preparation in a kitchen. This will involve a large degree of supervising other kitchen staff, as well as keeping an eye out for problems that arise in the kitchen and seizing control of a situation at a moment's notice.

Education:Culinary arts or a program with similar training and high school diploma

Reflection: Would you like to be one? Why? Why not?
I don't think I would like to be  a chef. This is because they do not make  a good annual pay and I am not really into cooking. I think maybe I could be an assistant.
